Affectedseat Walk-In Tubs connects homeowners with independent providers. Many of those homeowners are older adults or caregivers. They want a walk-in tub, a tub-to-shower conversion, or another way to bathe more safely.

This Is Not a Job

A spot in the network is not employment. You stay an independent business. You run your own crew, set your own prices, and manage your own schedule. Affectedseat Walk-In Tubs only sends you homeowners who asked to be connected.

Who We Look For

We work with providers who handle projects such as:

• Walk-in tub installation
• Tub-to-shower conversions
• Handicap accessible showers
• Tub replacement and related repairs

You should serve homeowners in or near the Baltimore area. Experience with older homes, tricky floors, and aging plumbing is a plus.

What We Expect

• A valid license and insurance, where your area requires them
• Written quotes before work begins
• Plain, respectful talk with homeowners
• No pressure tactics
• Honest descriptions of what you can and cannot do
• Quick follow-up when a homeowner is referred to you

Homeowners come to us because they want a calm, honest start. We ask you to keep it that way.
