How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Affectedseat Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Affectedseat Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to bring it to the provider first. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, please let us know too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Affectedseat Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@affectedseat.property and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
